I met Baby Wren!

My Aunty M had a baby and Mummy and I went to London to meet her. She's called Wren and she's really really small. I can't believe how small she is. Mummy says I was that small once too but I can't believe it.
It was lovely to meet her and to give her a cuddle - and of course to see Aunty M and Uncle Dom.

We had a few days with Uncle Lenny and Aunty Michelle too and it was SO much fun. They threw me a birthday party which was just brilliant - I won all the party games and was thoroughly spoiled. And Uncle Lenny taught me how to rugby tackle him which was lots of fun.

Here's a happy snap of Mummy and I in London. We're now back in Devon planning for our amazing adventure.

Just call me globetrotter ...

It's all booked and I'm off on a fabulous round-the-world adventure with Mummy and Daddy.
We leave at the end of September and are heading to America so I can meet all my family over there (hi to Aunty Michelle, Aunty Nicole, Uncle Paul, Uncle Doug and cousin Maggie - se you soon!!!) in San Francisco before heading down to LA to Disneyland, up to Las Vegas and then on through some the best national parks in the world. We're going to be camping lots and it will be so much fun.
And THEN we are going to Australia to see Aunty Claire and have a look at the outback. I hope I get to meet some real koalas and kangaroos.
AND THEN we're going to Thailand for a week to ride some more elephants and chill out before we come home in January and I start school.
So many things to look forward too ... I don't know where to start! But I will be capturing it all on here and with my camera.
Stay tuned :-) xxx

I love Sponge Bob ...

Hanging out ...

I am on school holidays now and having fun. I have been going to some of the shows with Mummy and Daddy, having lots of play dates with my friends and just generally relaxing.

I was supposed to be going to big school all day every day from September but Mummy and Daddy think I should wait until after Christmas. So it looks like we're going on a little adventure in Autumn - to see all my Daddy's family in America and then maybe even on to see Aunty Claire in Australia if she'll have me!
I am looking forward to it very much - I think America is where Disneyland is and I really really want to go there.

I'll let you know once my trip is finalised. You never know, maybe I'll get to see one of you readers of my blog!

End of the school year ...

That's school finished for the summer - that means I have six weeks of hanging out at home with Mummy and Daddy which is fantastic.
My Mummy has been studying for her Masters but she has finished now so she has more time to play with me and she doesn't need to read really big books any more. Hurrah!

I like the end of the school year as it is always sunny and there is always sports day. We all run around like loonies and balance eggs on spoons and have lots of fun. And at the end of it we all get medals. Its just like the Olympics!

Now I am four ...

I know, I know, I've not updated this in a while. I am very sorry - life has been very very busy.
But The best thing to happen to me in the last couple of months was my birthday and my party.
I had a lovely time with my friends and I got sooooo spoiled it was just amazing! Favourite things include books, The Frog and the Princess movie and my sticker making machine from Uncle Lenny and Aunty Michelle. It is so brilliant.

For those of you that were worried, my arm is completely healed. It only took three weeks in the end and it doesn't hurt me at all so that's really good.

My arm is getting better ...

Hi everyone,
Just a note to update you on my broken arm.
It feels fine and most of the time I forget I'm not supposed to use it. I'm still running around like a lunatic and have loved going to the hospital to see all the doctors and nurses. I have had x-rays galore and am onto my third plaster cast but it's not bothering me in the slightest.
There was talk of me needing some surgery to pin it together but it looks like that won't need to happen, which is good.

I hope you've had a lovely Easter weekend. I have - Uncle Lenny and Aunty Michelle came to see me and they brought me my very own arm chair so I can watch my movies in comfort. I love it! And I love them.

Talk soon,
Love Little Lottie xxx

I've had my first real injury ...

I was on a bike ride on the Tarka Trail near home yesterday when I fell off my bike onto my shoulder and broke my arm.
I was wearing my helmet and knee and elbow pads AND the bike wasn't moving at the time. It was just a freak fall I guess.
I wasn't in an awful lot of pain and managed to walk the half hour back to the car but when Mummy and Daddy got me home and took my hoodie off my arm was all swollen and bending the wrong way.
So, it was off to hospital for an x-ray and some plaster. I was really good and didn't cry at all - I found it fascinating and am going back next week for a new plaster - I hope they have a pink one for me.
I'm OK so please don't worry - I don't think my career as a professional sportswoman has been compromised just yet xxx

I heart Flapper ...

Uncle Dom and Aunty M have a bird in their apartment that flies around all day.
I lovd it - it was so friendly and liked to sit on my shoulder.
I wish Flapper could come to stay.

I went to see the Queen ...

Mummy had to go to the American Embassy a couple of weeks back to see about a visa as we want to go and see my Aunties and Uncles over there later this year.
The emabassy is London so Mummy, Daddy and I got on a train from Devon to London and stayed with Aunty M for a few days.
I went on the London Underground for the first time and had lots of fun looking around the place that is apparently the capital of the country I was born in and is a city.
I liked it very much - and its always lovely to spend time with Aunty M and Uncle Dom.

To infinity and beyond ...

Like most of the kids on the planet under eight years old, I am bonkers about Toy Story. Santa brought me the first movie on dvd and Aunty Claire sent me the second one and the third one comes out the day before my fourth birtday.
No prizes for guessing what I'll be doing for my birthday party this year.
I love the cowgirl the best (because she's a girl of course) but when we watch it at home I make Mummy and Daddy take parts so we can act it out.
I am that obsessed.
Here's the trailer for the third installment - I can't wait!

Such a pretty girl ...

Mr and Mrs Mummy and Daddy ...

Just two days after Christmas, the celebrations continued as my Mummy and Daddy got married to eachother.
It was lots of fun - I got to walk in front of the bride (mummy) and Paps with Aunty M and Aunty Claire. And I looked beautiful.
It was a really lovely day and I was very happy I got to be there - and was old enough to be able to remember it.
Here's me before the ceremony:

And here we all are after they said 'I do':

It was a fantastic day and I think my Mummy looked so pretty. Daddy looked handsome too xxx

My first ever ice-skating experience ...

What better time to try ice skating than at Christmas? We went for a family day out to Lincoln on Christmas Eve and Mummy and Daddy took me on the ice.
I absolutely loved it and was completely fearless.
It was such a fun thing to do and so Christmassy!

Christmas happy snaps ...

The best Christmas present ever ... from my Paps

Just when I thought I couldn't possibly get any more presents, look what my Paps gave me. I was so excited I gave a big gasp!

Getting ready for Santa .. and wow, he came!

Here's how my stocking looked when I woke up on Christmas morning.
I left Santa a mince pie and some brandy and a carrot for Rudolph. The pie and brandy went but Rudolph only ate half of his carrot. I guess he was too busy!
Anyway, here's how it looked when I got up...

... and here's what happened when I saw all my pressies ...

Skidding on the ice with Mummy and Aunty Michelle ...

First big girl's Christmas

Hi all,
I know its a little while ago but I wanted to tell you all about my fabulous Christmas.
It was at Uncle Lenny's house and he'd been planning it for a year. He and Aunty Michelle had invited Paps and Maria and Aunty Claire and Aunty Bo to come too, and he had lots of things planned for us.
We all stayed at Uncle Lenny's house and then my cousins Kristopher, James and Ben came for a bit too. Even Uncle Andre and Aunty Vicky from Hong Kong made an appearance for a couple of days between Christmas and New Year.
It was busy! But it was soooooooooo fun.

Uncle Lenny took us all to a special grotto to see Santa. I got to chat to him about my Christmas list, he gave me a Dora doll and let me feed his reindeer.

What's going to work? Team work ...

I absolutely love The Wonder Pets and was lucky that Santa brought me the Wonder Pets book I asked him for. Mummy and Daddy also got me the Wonder Pets boat thingy that they all travel around in.
But best of all, Santa brought me a Wonder PEts dvd which I had on all day every day over the Christmas period. I think my Paps, Uncle Lenny, Aunty Bo, Aunty Claire and everyone knows this song off by heart now ...
